- If you’re blonde like I am, instead of doing a full bleach round for your roots, just get Ghosted Bleach Volume 30 and mix in shampoo together with the developer fluid, this will make the mixture a bit less harsh on your hair since blonde hair doesnt need so much lightening. This is called a bleach bath!
- Use cotton t-shirts for drying bleached / dyed hair after each time you wash it, instead of a towel, this is less harsh on your hair. Dont rub the shirt over your head, just gently press it and then wrap it

- Make sure there are no nice towels, clothes, bathmats or carpets around when you’re bleaching or washing out. If you’re unsure about furniture, cover it with a plastic bag (e.g. an inside-out trash bag that you can re-use later).
- Time already starts ticking when you bleach the first parts of your hair. No shame in asking a friend to help you.
- Tone your hair (with some Pure toner) or dye your hair immediately depending on your desired colour (yellows, orange, green, very dark purple or very dark pink don’t need a lot of toning).
- Don’t bleach the same parts of your hair too often or opt for a lower volume.
- If you accidentally bleached some of your skin, put some strong hydrating creams or something with aloe vera on it.
