Berenstraat 24 is about a 25 minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station! It is also accessible from tram/bus stop Elandsgracht or metro station Rokin.



In this shop, we want to encourage people to try out and learn more about hair dye! For only a few extra euros, you can try out the hair dye you just bought on a strand of hair right in our store. This also lets you hang out in the shop with us, have a drink or snack, and get expert advice from our staff.

This will not only be a shop, but also a space to learn and be creative with hair dye! Any time you purchase a colour, you can try it out immediately on a strand of your hair, get expert guidance, and an interactive experience along with coffee, tea, brownies, or toasties!

During opening hours, you are free to walk in, buy a colour you like, and try it out on a strand of hair while in the shop. With this Buy & Try concept you will also be able to buy coffee, tea, cakes, or a toastie while hanging out with us, and get personal advice from our staff!

Jane and Evy will be our daily workshop leaders and teach you everything you need to know about dyeing your hair at home - from the science behind bleaching to different hair dye techniques, accompanied with delicious drinks and treats! Reserve your spot now!

We are also planning to have special occasions such as a Basket of Kindness, Art & Chill, and maybe even a catwalk!

Please note: there are not enough facilities to fully wash your hair, so only small bits of hair will be possible

CREATIVE DYE WORKSHOPS
Reserve your spot on a specific day so you can join these workshops! This can be done via the site or in the pop-up shop. If you'd like to try out techniques that are being taught on yourself, you can buy the colours you'd like to use. A day ticket is valid for all creative workshops that day.

HAIR EDUCATION WORKSHOPS
These are free because we want to make hair education as accessible as possible! Please still make the reservation (online or in shop) so we know what to account for. You can walk in and join anytime, but ticket holders have priority. A day ticket is valid for all education workshops that day.

During any workshop, the cafe is open with coffee, tea, cakes, and toasties!

Outside the shop, you may spot our beautiful przie wheel! Here is how you can win:
